As I walked through Arlington Cemetery last fall I remember thinking that for every gravestone I saw, there was a man or a woman who fought for my freedoms, and that was a powerful feeling! With today being Veterans Day, we thought we would share this song (link below) in Honor of all the soldiers! Please thank a Veteran and share this video with them!

Happy Fall Y'all!
As summer comes to an end I thought I would share a little bit about how we spent ours!
This summer we had two surgeries (knee and wisdom tooth)...and if that wasn't enough Leah fell and broke her wrist!
We had fun bonfires with our cousins!
There were a few fun ball games with friends!
Josh's garden was bountiful this summer, so we decided to try canning! We made 10 jars of pickles, and 10 jars of Emily's yummy salsa!
We had fun sewing all of the girls new reversible aprons (still have 2 to make...but we'll get there)!
I graduated highschool!!!! At the ceremony my sisters joined me for a song!
My old fashioned picnic (below) was a great way to celebrate!
Well, as much as we enjoy summer break...there's nothing like the smells and tastes of fall! Beautiful weather, a new school year, and new memories to be made!
